Certainly one of the best hotels in Seoul. I live the large gym and the pool with incredible sunset view. Breakfast was really good. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly.
The location is not optimal for public transport. You have to take a taxi most of the time.
Very good drinks at the bar.

Best hotel to stay in Seoul. We stayed previously at Four Seasons and we thought that the experience and comfort would have been hard to match. We were wrong, Josun Palace went above and beyond our expectations. Service is outstanding, rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. The spa is amazing. The staff is very attentive and extremely helpful. FS staff should take notes. We felt pampered the moment we walked in

I come to seoul every month or so for the past year so I have been to a lot of hotels in seoul but this is the best one. I like the hotel here better than Four Seasons, and Hyatt in the vicinity. The rooms are more spacious than the other 5 star hotel basic rooms and the service here is what differentiates from other hotels. Always best service here. Great fitness center and great food and bar.

An incredible experience at the Josun Palace! Everything was perfect, from the comfort of the rooms to the elegance of the surroundings. Special mention to the customer service, which was exceptionally responsive and attentive.
I rarely leave reviews for hotels, but this experience absolutely deserved it. Highly recommended!
I living in France, but When I return, this will be my first choice

A very nice hotel in Gangnam. Rooms are super comfortable and well equipped including Byredo cosmetic products. Staf is very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast varied BUT some the quality of some ingredients should be improved ; scrambled eggs lukewarm, sausage quality average and only 2 cheese to choose from and they are definitely on the cheap side.
Will be back but for such a hotel, please fix these minor details.
