This hotel is amazing. Rooms are super nice, staff is very helpful. The facilities are out of this world. The fitness center has a very large sauna and the gym has all brand new high end equipment. We stayed here 3 nights and extended for another 3 nights.

I have a lovely stay in the hotel. All the staffs are helpful and understanding. The room was bright, clean and all service tools are very handy, eg I love the washing machine and cloth hangers. The breakfast food are good that taste oiless, organic and healthy, but wishing it has more choice and stronger taste.

The location is great with the walking bridge to the train station making it a 5 minute walk. We stayed in the one bedroom suite which was incredible. The dinner buffet on the Novotel side is a must visit as the food is amazing. The casino is also a great place to visit as it is open 24 hours and the food at the restaurant there is also really good. Bring your passport for casino registration.

I don’t think it’s fair to give 4 star because the prawn shrimp dinner for my room service was burnt and dry or that our keys keep malfunctioning and denied our access to the pool floor. Housekeeping is great, they come everyday, there is no ‘Do Not Disturb’ signage for the room and I didn’t tell front desk there’s no need for cleaning so they came everyday when we went out. I love that there’s a washer and dryer (all in one machine) in the room. Guest service is nice. 24 hour room dining option is small but nice to have. Hotel is close to Yongsan and Sinyongsan stations. Had breakfast at the deli in connected hotel, they were pretty good and offers 10% off normal menu items for hotel guests.

The suite is large and clean with great views overlooking the city. It came with everything you’d need for a long term stay. I was surprised to see a washer/dryer and even a dish washing machine. The only thing I didn’t like was that were signs telling guests to clean their dishes and separate their trash. For a 5 star hotel (and I believe it was $400/night), being in a suite for one night, you’d expect the hotel employees to do that for the guests. There’s a casino inside the hotel and the hotel is actually connected another hotel. Parking was really confusing, but we somehow managed to find our parking spot. Not too many food options within the hotel but luckily it’s so close to the mall and Yongsan that bars and lounges were everywhere.
