We had a perfect stay. I personally loved the variety of breakfast options. The executive lounge was beautifully located and offered a lovely panoramic view of the river. The staff were incredibly sweet and welcoming.

There’s hardly anything to complain about, though the floor we stayed on (27) had a musty smell — like damp carpet. It might have been due to the air conditioning not working properly. Our room also had a slight musty odor, but it was manageable since we were only there to sleep.

Unfortunately, we weren’t able to get an upgrade despite being Diamond members, but sometimes that’s just how it goes.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Millennium Bangkok! The property is enormous and stunning – truly one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff were outstanding, and the receptionist made me feel so welcome with her friendly and warm demeanor. The pool area is lovely, and the breakfast selection was incredibly generous, with a beautiful outdoor seating area overlooking the river. The location is perfect, right next to Iconsiam, and the cruise ship dinner organized by the concierge was a unique and unforgettable experience. A special thanks to the team for arranging such a beautiful setup for our anniversary – it made the day even more memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Bangkok!

Spacious room with wonderful river front view. Staffs welcome us with big smiles from the parking to the reception. Overall, nice vibe. Love the fact that sunlight shines through from the river to all over the space. Had beautiful lunch at FLOW. Restaurant has nice cocktails and western food. Recommend afternoon tea at the cafe. A few nice desserts here. Clean toilet for wheelchair users.

I was in Bangkok during the March 2025 earthquake in Myanmar.

I want to highlight the tremendous effort all the staff put into helping their guests. Unbelievable how well they treated us! When it was 37 degrees Celsius outside, they brought umbrellas, water, and bathrobes for guests who ran outside in fewer clothes. They also had emergency personnel outside with kits to help people. And once we could go inside, but without elevators, they handed out free drinks, free food, and made everyone as comfortable as possible. It was A-MA-ZING!!! I want to emphasize how much I enjoyed my time here, despite the earthquake being extremely stressful.
