★★★★★ Amazing Stay at Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai. We booked a suite with private lounge access, and it was absolutely worth it! Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotless. The attention to detail and cleanliness made our stay even more comfortable.

The private lounge access was a wonderful perk, offering a relaxing atmosphere and excellent service. Every moment of our stay was enjoyable, and we truly appreciated the hospitality of the staff.

We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return for another stay. Thank you for a memorable experience!

Wow! We have stayed in nice hotels, but this was a standout. The room, service, rooftop pools and breakfast was amazing!! There are two pools - one on level 22 and another on 36. The gym was also very good with a lot of equipment and weights.

The location was perfect! Very easy to get to via the airport train and close to the BTS.

The hotel app was super handy to order water or get updates on specials (like happy hour drinks!).

We loved staying here and would 100% come back.

I’ve stayed in many amazing hotels, but this was probably the best ever. We had an executive suite on the 46th floor. The standard of decor, from the furniture to the sumptuous bedding was first class. Service in the executive lounge was excellent, including the cocktails and snacks. Breakfast was a feast, with an amazing array of food. However what makes this hotel stand out for me was the staff and service. Every process from check in, getting you a table at breakfast, housekeeping,  to service round the pool, was thought out and designed to ensure the best experience for the customer. The management team should be proud of themselves and their teams for the excellent experience they gave us.

Beautiful hotel. Eveything is nice and modern and the service is impeccable. Breakfast is a highlight. So many stations and great food to try. They gave us so cake to celebrate our honeymoon in the room. Location is right at the station and is convenient. The pool is really cold. If you have kids I doubt they’d want to go in. Other than that, we’d love to come back :)

We are just leaving the hotel in the midst of a 7.7 magnitude earthquake. We were going to leave a 5 star review of this hotel after staying at another 5 star in the city which well below the class of the eastin.
But this review is to say thank you to the incredible staff who helped us secure safe passage to the airport minutes after the earthquake and our airport link train was shaken up and we had to disembark. I cannot express our immense gratitude to have had the help of their staff we only wish we knew the staffs names to thank them again as we will definitely be returning yo this hotel.
Should the hotel see this and identify the workers please feel free to reach out to us so we can thank them once again directly for their hospitality but most importantly their humanism. A true reflection of Thai class.
