I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The facilities were top-notch, with everything you could ask for to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The Spa is absolutely amazing offering a relaxing and rejuvenating experience! The gym is greatly equipped! A special mention to the housekeeping team, specially Ms. Nuray, who took such great care of my room throughout my long stay. Her attention to detail and kindness made my stay experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway! Also very close to the airport.

We had an unpleasant situation Pegasus the company we were supposed to fly on Friday cancelled the flight. Because of this we had to check into this hotel. There were 2 buses of us. We went into the hotel and they asked for our passports and less than half an hour passed and we were already in the room. The food is very good. Especially breakfast. For dinner they give wonderful delicacies, of course not right away but tasty. There is a spa and a fitness room. There is also ping pong, air hockey and table football. We drove about 5-10 minutes to the hotel. The hotel is located next to the airport. It is 55 minutes from the city. Cleaning is done constantly but if you want it right away, there is a button "please clean the room" the staff is very friendly. They do not speak Russian here but if your English is weak, you may be able to talk. There is also air conditioning in the room. In general, the hotel is good, I recommend it!!!!

Nice hotel with spacious rooms.
Polite and responsive staff. I asked to change the room to the silent side, and it was done without any problem.
My only remark is the breakfast.
The food which is supposed to be hot is barely warm. For example, the soup was not hot. I made a remark to the staff about it 3 mornings in a row without success, so I gave up.
I would stay there again if f soup would be hot :)

We’ve encountered something I’ve never experienced before at any major hotel chain. First, we had tea in the lobby and asked for the charges to be added to our room bill. We even signed for it, yet we were told that our room had no credit and were forced to pay in cash. This is the first time I’ve seen such a policy in a reputable hotel chain.

Second, we requested two wine glasses from reception, but after waiting for 30 minutes, they never arrived. We had to call again to request them , and were not arrived and gave up.

Additionally, the bedding was disappointing. The sheets were not properly fitted to the bed, causing them to come off constantly and requiring us to fix them repeatedly. The duvet was placed inside a cover, but since the cover had an open end with no closure, the duvet kept slipping out. This made sleeping quite uncomfortable.

The worst experience.

They changed our rooms 3 times. Wifi not working and phone. AC not working properly. And the worst part, we almost suffocated as the hotel room had a electrical fault at 2 am and all the hotel room went dark/disconnected. A very bad smell was emitted and we almost suffered severe problems. Hotel needs maintenance
