It was one of our most wonderful experience in Vienna.

We went with my parents and my boyfriend. These three are not really in the horses world so they learned a lot of things.

Horses are beautiful and you can see all : they are perfectly treated. They have holidays, short weeks, good medicines in case, wonderful spaces… nothing bad to say. And the carriage driver are soooo sweet and gentle , as the owner of the entreprise.

1000% recommanded !

Booked the champagne experience for myself and my Mam. Beautiful experience. The drive was delayed slightly on arrival but it was easy enough to contact the provider who spoke very good English and was helpful. Driver arrived was held up in traffic. Did not affect or take away from our time. Friendly man, lovely drinks, horses gorgeous and well looked after. Great warm carriage. Had a great time. Did forget our horse shoe souveniers which I paid for but partly my fault too as I did forget to ask for them when we left the carriage. However another swift call and they were dropped at my hotel. Fantastic service !!! So impressed. Thank you for making a special memory for us in Vienna

We had the most special Riding-Dinner-Experience in Vienna. Where Viennese Cuisine meets Fiaker Tradition. The special designed table installation makes it possible to eat and drink comfortably in this worldwide unique ambiance. It was served with snacks, sweets and champagne from "Zum Schwarzen Kameel" - that was just delicious. So you'll be absolutely the star of the streets while dining in such an extravagant Fiaker, nearly everybody is looking or staring at you.
The one hour ride led directly past downtown that you can see most of the famous sights. We really enjoyed the pure and authentic atmosphere and Vienna from another perspective.

Marco Pollandt is such a kind and good soul. As a local he told us exciting stories about Vienna & the original Fiaker history. He also recommended the best local restaurant in town which we tried out. IT TURNS OUT THAT IT REALLY WAS THE BEST LOCAL RESTAURANT - again thank you for your insider tip, Marco! So if you would like to experience something really special & unique - you can trust Marco - he is definitely your man.
