What a wonderful hotel.  I was visiting Vienna to attend the opera as well as see the city.  The location of this hotel is excellent. There is a subway stop just steps from the front door.  The subway system is excellent - you can get almost everywhere you would want to go.  But if you need a taxi - the reception team can arrange it within minutes.   The reception team was outstanding.  Very attentive, friendly and always wiling to help.  The restaurant was excellent.  While eating there for lunch one day I noticed many people who were not guests of the hotel eating there (that's a good sign for sure).  The room - so comfy and cozy.  From the decor and lighting to all amenities provided - just first class!  If in Vienna, don’t miss the opportunity to stay here.  I hope to return in the fall and will definitely chose this hotel again.

An absolute joy to stay here. It felt like an extension of my own home. Everyone was very professional, bilingual and friendly. The hotel is simply gorgeous. Everything from the lobby, to the staircase, the lift, and the rooms are spectacular. The spa is lovely and perfectly tucked away to relax. Bernard's resto is a gem and the food is awesome. Must come back for sure!

One of the coolest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The theming and decor is so fun, it is so beautifully appointed. The restaurant was amazing and service was 10/10. It is about a 20 min walk to the centre of town but is also right above a train station. There are also some cool bars, shops and cafes in the area. Stepping into the hotel is like stepping back in time - incredibly romantic! The sauna and steam room were also fantastic and really well appointed. I found everything in the hotel to be extremely considered.

We loved our stay. The restaurant is a great addition. Beds are comfortable and all the details are elegant. We plan to return. Don’t miss the bakery ! Ham sandwich is memorable.

Beautiful room and friendly service. We arrived at 2am and were greeted by a friendly face and delicious welcome drinks. The decor was beautiful and everything felt personal; they didn’t miss a single detail. I loved the brass hardware finishes and the relaxing shower. Vienna is a stunning city and staying here was one of the highlights of our visit.
