I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Grand Place in Brussels, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, situated right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of iconic landmarks like the Grand Place and Brussels Central Station. It made exploring the city so convenient and enjoyable.

The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed with modern amenities that provided a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night after a day of sightseeing.

What truly stood out, though, was the level of service. The staff were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful concierge who provided excellent dining recommendations, every interaction was delightful.

We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The on-site facilities, including the fitness center and the cozy bar, added to the overall experience.

Whether you’re visiting Brussels for business or leisure, I highly recommend the Hilton Grand Place. It’s a perfect combination of luxury, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

I had a short stay at the Hilton Brussels Grand Place. I will definitely stay again. At reception, Sara was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. She found a room available for us even though we arrived shortly before check-in time. The staff was generally friendly and helpful.

It's not a 4-star, it's not worth the price. I was thinking 3/5 but my husband, who was with me, voted a 2/5 rating.

The lobby is beautiful and grand but the rooms are shabby. The shower water pressure is a mist and washing up takes forever. The table is rickety so I couldn't put any drinks on it.

Service is rude. When trying to explain a problem, I got cut off. And surprise! His "solution" didn't work, because he didn't actually listen to my problem. Room service also got my order wrong.

Location is good but that whole area is full of hotels. Wifi is good.

The bartender was spectacular. She made each cocktail precisely and with precision and care. I would recommend this space to anyone staying at Hilton!!!

The breakfast was amazing. Everything was well organized and Louise was the ultimate hostess. She made everyone feel right at home!!!

Special shoutout to the bartender Michael for his exceptional service, bubbly and friendly personality and professionalism. Whenever we see him at the bar, we will be sure to pop by for a drink (or two. Maybe 3. Sometimes 4. You don't count after that) Judging from all the guests around, it's clear he is easily the most popular guy around. Definitely a MVP of Hilton.
