Excellent Stay at Ibis Hotel Highly Recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ibis Hotel and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism.

The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully designed, offering both comfort and elegance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I was also impressed by the range of amenities provided, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel’s location was perfect—easily accessible and close to key attractions, restaurants, and transport options. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to suit all preferences.

What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, always ready to assist with a smile.

I highly recommend Ibis Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

The hotel staff were friendly, and the location was excellent. However, the room had significant maintenance issues—it was worn and torn. Despite booking months in advance and arriving two hours after the check-in time, our room wasn’t ready. Additionally, the AC heating didn’t work and emitted a sewage-like odor when turned on. The bathroom had mold, and the room only had one small window that couldn’t open properly. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. While it’s not the worst place I’ve experienced, it fell far short of being good

Our first visit to Brussels was made even more memorable thanks to our stay at ibis Brussels off Grand Place. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just steps away from the iconic Grand Place and within walking distance of countless landmarks, restaurants, and shops. The walkability of the area made exploring Brussels an absolute joy, and we loved being in the heart of all the action.

The hotel itself was clean, modern, and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Our room was cozy yet functional, with thoughtful touches that made it a great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with recommendations or answer any questions we had. Their warmth and professionalism added to the overall positive experience.

For anyone visiting Brussels, especially for the first time, ibis Brussels off Grand Place is a fantastic choice. It offers the perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and value, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to this vibrant city!

The location is extremely good, this is the pros. Now on the cons, the rooms are very small, there is an economy of towels (2 for shower and 2 small square towels), and the AC works only during summer. Leaving the widows open was the option but it was to noise. It was not a good experience.

The location is excellent. The hotel is located on walking distance from Gare Centrale and several of the most iconic city's landmarks. The supreme rooms have a great view towards Grand Place. The personnel is very helpful and polite. The breakfast is great.
I always book this hotel for my Brussels stays, but one needs to book well in advance to ensure availability and reasonable room rates.
