The Fine Dining experience is impeccable. The attention to detail is remarkable. The cooking style is classy yet innovative. Some courses were even molecular kitchen. Overall impressive mix of different styles and tastes representing all culinary aspects of the island Pag. I highly recommend!

The best of the best. This is THEE place to go for impeccable service, gorgeous ambiance, and the most delectable, fresh, creative food. Honestly I was blown away. My husband and I had dinner here (at the Michelin restaurant - remember, there are two restaurants: the more casual Konoba and the more upscale Michelin) a couple of weeks ago and every single moment was spectacular - and I'm not the easiest to please. My husband and I travel and world (we live in NYC) and have eaten at many Michelin restaurants. I'm a food lover who cherishes fresh, good food - whether it's a Michelin starred restaurant or a little tavern.
The experience at Boskinac was beyond my expectations. Each course was not only visually stimulating, but the flavors and textures were new and inventive. Lamb's butter (let me tell you something...you want this), sheep milk ice cream, other flavors and dishes unique to the island of Pag...cooked and presented to perfection. And whenever you do a tasting menu somewhere, there is almost always one or two plates that miss the mark. Not here. Every single one of our 6 courses was perfect - yes, perfect. And trust me, I'm the first person to criticize when it comes to food and/or service.
Massimo, our sommelier, was a wealth of knowledge and made our night all the more special. Victor, our server, gave us extra special attention during the evening and we loved interacting with him. And then we have the owner, who graciously escorted us to her wine cellar after the meal and gifted us a particular bottle of wine that we wanted to purchase (after drinking a glass during the dinner and loving it). It was a memorable night for sure. Top to bottom this place has it all. Hvala.

Incredible. We stayed one night and the room was adorable and well designed. We grabbed drinks by the pool before dinner and relaxed.  The food was to delicious and unique. The sommelier was so sweet and welcoming. The staff was delightful and helpful. I wish we would have stayed another night and hiked and did more beaches. We will be back.

The Konoba serves bad food. The place is beautiful even though the lighting at night is so bright  that is annoying. I had cuttlefish  ( 2 little pieces with boiled potatoes). Very untasty, like boiled fish you will get in a hospital when you are sick. Cod with potatoes as a starter. Again, no taste and served in a ridiculous small plate. Octopus; gummy and bland like air. If the food was good given the setting it would be the place to eat in Novalja

Second time I’ve been back and this time for my wedding!! It was the most beautiful day. Mirela, Petra, Ivana, Massimo and the entire staff made it an unforgettable weekend. Our guests were taken care of the entire time and it was a fairytale!! Every little detail was tended to. Boškinac hospitality cannot be beat! Anything we asked for was done in an outstanding way. The wine and food was outstanding with beautiful presentation, but there is nothing like the way the staff at the hotel and restaurants make you feel. I would do it all over again! We cannot wait to come back to Boskinac to celebrate the most beautiful day of our lives.
