Excellent Location, Comfortable Stay

We recently spent two nights at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed with its prime location. The hotel is merely a 4-minute walk from the central train station, making it an ideal choice for travelers.

The hotel's proximity to numerous tourist attractions, shops, and eateries is a significant advantage. We found ourselves within walking distance to many popular destinations.

While the reception staff were efficient and processed our check-in promptly, we felt that they could have been friendlier and more welcoming.

Fortunately, our room more than made up for this. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing us with two excellent nights' sleep.

One drawback, however, was the room's proximity to a service apartment. The close proximity meant that we could see the occupants of the adjacent apartment, and vice versa, if our curtains weren't drawn. This lack of privacy was a bit of a concern, and we had to be mindful of keeping our curtains closed.

The breakfast spread was satisfactory, offering a decent selection of options bread and pastries.

Overall, we had a cozy 2-day stay at this hotel.  I would  recommend it for its unbeatable location and comfortable accommodations.

Very nice hotel with comfortable, spacious, and well appointed rooms. The beds were comfortable and street was quiet enough ensuring a good nights sleep. The concierge and bar staff were very friendly and kind, and the bar was a very nice area with a lovely vibe. There were also games and such to keep guests entertained in the bar area as well, such as chess. My biggest complaint would be location, being a rather long walk from the city centre but nothing too prohibitive, and being close to the central station is great.

I loved the hotel we stayed at in January 2025. It was included in a holiday package, so we didn't initially select it. That being said, this hotel and location were perfect. The facility was very clean, and the rooms were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful whenever we had any questions. We had breakfast included, and a large spread was offered with enough options for all. The location is the best part of this hotel. You are within walking distance of the train station and top Copenhagen attractions. They also rent bikes on-site for guests if that option is something you are interested in. As a bonus, when we arrived, there was a climate promo. If you declined cleaning services during your stay, they gave a voucher for your choice of drinks at the on-site bar, bike rental, and dining. Love green initiatives for the plant with a small bonus to you!

My partner and I stayed last week for 4 nights and wow what a lovely hotel! Definitely recommend. Our room was lovely and spacious, lovely bath which is just what I needed after a long day walking everywhere. Quiet too which is even better.
Location of the hotel is ideal. Train straight from Copenhagen airport to the main station then a 10 minute walk down the road. Perfect. Staff at reception were lovely and accommodating and answered the questions we needed answering.
Will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Me and my daughter went for a 3 nights had a very comfortable stay, the staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. It felt home from home would definitely like to go back. Our last night we went ot the bar had a lovely time and when we checked out they were happy to store our luggage for us until we left for the airport.
