The hotel was fabulous! Beautifully designed, comfortable bed and spacious sitting area. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.
We also ate at the restaurant which was also excellent from the appetizer to the main course. We stopped at the bar and even though they were closing in 5 minutes they were happy to serve us a quick drink.
The hotel was located perfectly, a quick walk to the Market Square and plenty of shopping and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lilla Roberts. The room was chic, comfortable, and decently sized. Location was nicely situated within short walking distance of the Esplanade, Senate Square, and many restaurants and bars. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Great location, very clean and staff friendly.  Enjoyed their breakfast - great options.  Have stayed three times and would certainly return if I find myself in Helsinki again.
