Hotel receptionist seemed to have her own profiling technique. She mentioned that the hotel is limited to hotel guests however when I called the restaurant for a booking they 1- confirmed that the restaurant was open to anyone 2- they had tables available this evening. The venue was relatively empty and I have been there multiple times previously, with no issues getting a table. This experience was humiliating. Shame as I used to love this place.

I suppose my long black coat or black hat were an issue…

This is only for the bar and restaurant which we feel is a must when coming to Paris. We come here on each visit and always love our time here. Great drinks, delicious food and service has always been lovely.

came in for lunch as it was a recommendation from a friend, immediately regretted the decision.

The front desk was rude, my partner and I felt like we were eyed up and down before we were told we could dine for lunch.

We sat in a corner table and it took nearly 35 minutes before a waiter came to ask if wanted anything to drink. Four other sets of diners came in after us and were immediately attended to. After nearly 40 minutes, we had to ask for drinks and food. Again the staff wouldn't give us the time of day. We decided to put both drink and food orders in.

Thankfully the food came out relatively fast and we were able to eat quickly and leave. The food was fine, nothing mind blowing.

Have never felt so uncomfortable being a diner at a restaurant and wanting to leave.

Highly Recommend. Great environment.  Very clean. Delicious food. Extremely luxurious vibe.

Best views from the 720 Suite. Can enjoy the perfect angle of the Eiffel Tower while relaxing in the bathtub.

I want to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at the hotel restaurant. During my visit, I encountered a staff member who was not only rude but also seemed unprofessional in her handling of reservations. I was informed that I needed a reservation to dine, yet I observed multiple guests being allowed in without one.

When I inquired about this inconsistency, the staff member's responses felt dismissive and insincere, leaving me uncomfortable. Additionally, when I addressed my concerns with the manager in charge , I found his demeanor to be similarly unhelpful and lacking in basic courtesy.

This experience has left me feeling disheartened, especially as it felt discriminatory, given the treatment I witnessed towards other guests. I believe it's crucial for your establishment to ensure all guests feel welcomed and respected.
