It was great experience stayed 2 nights there. The reception are really nice and friendly. I got special gift from them because it was my birthday.
The room overall comfortable, the location is perfect to explore the city by walk.
And the breakfast was well prepared and lot of choice.
Really recommend to stay there! :)

Good location & nice amenities. However, we paid for an early check-in and still proceeded to have the cleaning crew walk into our bedroom twice while we were in there getting ready. I went to the front desk to make sure they had it noted that we had an early check-in and we were told that they couldn’t control this and to put the do not disturb sign on our door. There needs to be a better system & better communication so this doesn’t happen in the future.

Wonderful Stay at NH Hotel Berlin Checkpoint Charlie!

I had another great stay at NH Hotel Berlin Checkpoint Charlie. My room was very nice, providing the comfort and quality I always expect from NH. The sauna is a fantastic convenience, perfect for relaxing after a long day, and the fitness area, while small, is well-equipped and practical.

Breakfast is always a highlight at NH hotels, and this location did not disappoint—it was excellent as always! One small area for improvement could be a more welcoming atmosphere in the kitchen or breakfast area, but overall, the experience was top-notch.

A consistently great hotel with excellent service—I’ll definitely be back!

The old lady with black glasses, Alexandre(?), was very rude, and it completely ruined my stay at this hotel. I was simply walking up to the counter to ask a quick question, but before I could even say anything, she told me off, saying she was busy. I’m a guest in her hotel, not her German dog that she can just throw a tantrum at like that.
On top of that, from check-in to check-out, the bed and bathroom weren’t properly cleaned—there were different types of hair scattered here and there. Also, cleaners barged into my room without knocking, like, five times during my stay. It is a decent hotel overall, but you might want to check out other nearby hotels instead for a similar price.

Outstanding hotel. First class service and hospitality. Had issues with the TV to work but got that fixed immediately, breakfast was incredible so many options. It’s clean and quiet. Excellent location, easy access to the subway and bus stops. Walkable to many shops and historic things. Will definitely stay again.
