Went here to see Bob Dylan, first time in this venue. Staff are friendly, the bar is in the 21st century and does not accept cash (I like this!). Seats were ok, comfort wise, but afforded an excellent view. My only negative, which is probably just how Dylan sings, was that the sound was a bit muddled. If another artist I like goes here, I will certainly be happy to go here

The venue is OK sound-wise but many things are odd:
- The security staff did not control me at all, they asked me to open my jacket but didn't check anything apart from my ticket, not even my small bag.
- Wanna give your coat? 3€ in cash. Wanna buy a drink? It's cashless, getting your money back for your glass is also cashless. Make it make sense, be cashless everywhere.
- The queues inside the building are badly managed, people giving back their glasses at snail pace mixed with people getting their coats back and people getting out having to go through this.
- The entire staff, except at the bar, was rude.
- The mens bathroom consisted of one broken faucet, one faucet with way too much water pressure, and one working fine.
- Things are not well indicated. The chair numbers are very small and badly placed thus people don't know where is their seat, the fact that the entry of the building is not its exit is not well indicated, the zone were people should not stay during the concert is not well indicated (but they have security people coming to them in 5 seconds to tell them to move out).

This made attending this Jamie XX concert more frustrating than it should be, especially leaving the venue. On the + side, the bathroom I used was well maintained and had enough space for everyone to do their business fast.

Perfect location for a concert
The Moment you enter the venue it is organized and you find your way around quickly
If you have a ticket for the floor you can get very close to the stage also you have a good view from the balconies

Not a big place, and not very comfortable, not a single signal with an O2 network. Although the events here are quite fine. Not great like in the Mercedes Benz Arena, but for the price they're fine.

The organization is good here, at least i arrived early, so everything was smooth. The exit was a bit trippy, but at the end, it was quick. The event that i attended here was Zara Larsson Venus Tour, and had an opening show with DJs and an artist called Yaeger.
