I just returned yesterday from a week holiday at this hotel.  We had the most incredible experience there.  For me, it started long before checking in, when I reached out to Lorenzo (Concierge) to help find a Vatican tour.  The tour he arranged for us was incredible.  Overall, the concierge service was spectacular.

The other wonderful experience we had was with Francesca, at the front desk.  She greeted us with a very warm smile and each day she made it a point to catch up with us, if nothing more than just to chat.

Everyone we encounter at the hotel was very warm and friendly.  They really took pride in the establishment and made our stay an experience we will never forget.

There is nothing not to love about this property. Massimo (the GM) is so passionate about his beautiful city and the hotel. Every interaction is a story you can't wait to hear.

We loved our stay at the Baglioni Hotel Regina. We had a deluxe suite and it was totally worth the cost. We loved the amenities in the room, a nice espresso machine, comfortable couch, plenty of storage and closets, as well as an incredibly bath tub and shower.

Housekeeping did a great job, and our checkin and checkout experience were really positive. Really, any interaction with the staff was amazing!

Fresh water everyday and refreshing for our coffee was a great touch

My wife and I are really trying to think of anything constructive to say, or if we’d ever want to stay anywhere else in Roma, and really the answer is no! Thank you Baglioni for the great and memorable stay.

Hotel delivered a first class stay with all the amenities one expects at a hotel of this caliber. Moreover the staff were all lovely, attentive and had great attention to detail.   Breakfast was excellent!
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and for me the location is perfect, close to everything but slightly north of the chaos !

A beautiful hotel located in the center of Rome in a high-end and lively area. It is distinguished by its strategic location as it is close to several museums and ancient historical landmarks that you will think of visiting, such as: Trevi Fountain, Museo di Roma, Colosseum, and Castel San'Angelo. It is also suitable for shopping enthusiasts as there are many shops. You only have to walk a little. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel with breakfast, which they serve in a hall with wonderful classic decor. The breakfast buffet is rich and varied, and we can request additional things, which were available in the buffet. Finally, I would like to thank the reception staff, as they were very cooperative when they showed us several rooms so that we could choose what suits us. I thank the concierge employee who directed us to several good and nearby restaurants.
