We had a wonderful stay at this hotel; the location was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel like at home.
Since I traveled with family and friends from Taiwan. I booked 7 rooms for everyone. I really appreciate Elenora for her patience in answering my email inquiries and questions on messaging apps, including arranging transportation and more.
Next time I come to Rome. I will definitely stay at the hotel again.

I work in  luxury hospitality and have quite high standards. We stayed at Hotel Maalot for one night only and were upgraded to the next category, which was a really lovely surprise! Beautiful rooms and decor, welcoming team and great service. Didn’t try the food but breakfast was really good.

This hotel is a true representation of how a luxury boutique hotel should be.  The room 109 was beautifully furnished, and no detail is left out.  The overall decor of the hotel is maximalist style, but still provides tranquil environment.  On top of that, every staff member was very helpful and service oriented.

Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Rome. Concierge was excellent, easy location to get to all the sights, and excellent room. The gym is good, it’s slightly small but that’s to be expected in the centre of Rome, they have a cable machine, up to 25kg weights (45lbs(ish) and a cable machine so you can do a large amount of varied exercises. The rooms are large and quiet, with two room services a day, a turndown service and a mid morning service. Great hotel.

Our stay at Maalot was the highlight of our trip to Rome! The moment we stepped in and met Edwin I knew we had made the right choice. The staff here are all wonderful and will go above and beyond to provide five star service. The hotel is absolutely stunning and we were inspired by every nook and cranny. Our room was spacious and cozy. I especially loved all the lighting options and the bathroom oozed of luxury. We found there were a lot of thoughtful touches. Slippers, plush towels and bathrobes of the highest quality. Lovely turndown service every night. The restaurant Don Pasquale is also not to be missed! Alessandra is a gem and gave us amazing service, the best we had in Rome. We ordered the amatriciana pasta and my husband said it was his favorite meal of the trip. We were also recommended a red wine that we loved. The complimentary breakfast was also delicious served with fresh homemade pastries and bread. We had time to squeeze in a workout and the gym is really nice. The Maalot really checks ALL the boxes! Between the  kind staff, amazing service, gorgeous ambiance… I could go on. If you are thinking about booking here I would say go for it!!
