This is out of the way.  Not near the city attractions.   Walking its about 3 kilometers or 30 minutes walking from the probable reason you want to come to Rome.   The room is smaller than Americans would expect, yes there is a queen size bed but that's about all the room.  The breakfast though....it's 5 euro a meal and the best thing.  Great service,  fantastic.

Rooms are tiny. Shower is too tight. Room and bed was clean but slightly outdated overall. Super quiet outside during nighttime, but strong noise from freeway is present during the day. Rooms are not sound isolated. Staff is pleasant and nice. 25 minutes to walk from Roma Termini. Supermarket nearby is really good.

Absolutely horrific experience. The best thing this hotel did for us was giving us an early check out with refund. The room smelled badly. The location is highly inconvenient for going to tourist sights. No bus stop nearby or metro. The bathroom was extremely small and the shower you can't stretch your hands and wash yourself. For the price being charged the hotel is a complete rip off. You will find much better deals on Airbnb too. Special mention to Around the Collosium 3 which I personally recommend for a stay. They provided us express check in and helped us in every possible way and saved our Rome trip from the disaster that this hotel was.

Small rooms, but functional, beds were comfortable for me.
Staff was very smiling and helpful.
Towels are renewed daily. Furniture was old plastic.
Location is a bit further from city center and when you come back the town which hotel is looks scary at nights.
You can go to Colosseo w/ one tram.

We only stayed one night and won't be coming back. The only positive was the friendly staff and proximity to Roma Termini but the latter comes at a price of being in a very shady area.
Our room was in some kind of annex with an entrance directly from outside. The room looked completely different from the pictures. I would describe the style as cheap y2k. The only window was placed in the tiny entryway so there was practically no air flow in the room and the bathroom, which is probably why the shower was extremely moldy. The whole bathroom was tiny, uncomfortable and very poorly made. It looked like some amateur had watched some youtube videos on how to lay tiles and took their chance at it. The wiring of the heater was exposed which is a serious safety risk. It was also dirty. I walked around the room for 10 minutes in my socks and they were almost black underneath. We payed 125€ for the night which is not bad for Rome but even at such a low price I would like some basic expectations to be met, like for example no health or safety risks.
