This is my first time traveling alone in a foreign country. My experience with the staff at Palazzo Dama has been extraordinary. Everyone here has been so professional, kind, polite and attentive. I can’t say enough good things. In addition, the property is even more beautiful than their online photos. The attention to detail is spectacular.  If you are going to Rome I highly encourage you to
stay with them and if you do tell them

La Bellezza In Città!!!  ❤️  I will never stay anywhere else in Rome!!   We were blown away by the beauty of the property and the over the top attention to detail!  We are from New York City - we are NOT easy guests and we were VERY happy!!!  The first time in a long time we were sad to leave.

A bit puzzled by this place. It looked on the surface relatively 5 stars. Prices were 5 stars. But the hangers were stuck in the wardrobe (in case I’ll steal them. Plus there were only 4 hangers). And service was grim. Weirdly aggressive. I’ve felt less threatened at a gas station in Swindon. Maybe it is an offenders rehab second chance job centre. But I wish they’d let us know before.

We loved the Palazzo Dama

From the minute we entered the lobby to our departure  we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.  We loved it so much that we didn’t want to leave.

Our suite was spacious with plenty of closet space.  The terrace was large and comfortable,  the bathroom had every amenity that we needed, and the king sized bed was very comfortable.

The staff here is second to none.  We were welcomed, and made the Palazzo Dama became our home away from home.  Their recommendations on where to dine were spot on.

The location was perfect for us, because we could walk everywhere.   We walked to the Pantheon,  Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, The Coliseum, Borghese Gardens, The Roman Forum, and Piazza di Poppolo is about a block away.  The Tiber lies steps from the hotel.  We only took a taxi once(the Vatican), and only because of time constraints.

We can’t wait to return to Palazzo Dama!

We had a fantastic stay at the Palazzo Dama when we visited Rome earlier this year.
The hotel is located right around the corner from the Piazza del Popolo and every other sightseeing attraction is easily accessible - either by foot or via public transport. During our time in Rome the palazzo felt like a sanctuary to come "home" to when the city got a bit hectic.
The building itself is beautiful on the outside as well as the inside. Our rooms were in perfect condition while still maintaining the palazzo's old charm - especially in the bathroom. Both me and my relative were able to sleep wonderfully in our rooms. The entire hotel was rather quiet, even when there was a private event in the dining area one night.
The restaurant right beside the magnificent staircase had great food and especially delicious drinks.
Every single staff member - and I do mean every single one - was very friendly and engaged in making us feel comfortable. The staff that served breakfast every morning - in a breakfast room that was breathtakingly beautiful - was our personal favorite, as they were super nice and made an effort to get to know your orders etc. while still being professional and very attentive to what you might need.
If I ever get back to Rome, I would 100% book a room at the Palazzo Dama again - it was perfect in every aspect!
