Great place to stay. Location was ideal and centrally located for all of the sites.  Service was exceptional. Hajji, Albert and Rita gave us fantastic service at the root top restaurant. Hajji, Albert and Rita put a smile on my face every morning with their wonderful attitudes and enthusiasm. I will tell all my friends and family about this place.

The Name says it all- The Inn &The View at the Spanish Steps
The Inn & The View at the Spanish Steps is INCREDIBLE! Location, service and accommodations are first class. It was the best of both worlds which combined all that you would expect from a high- end hotel and the personal attention of a Bed & Breakfast. Every morning, we were greeted by Earl with a full buffet breakfast, in a private dining area for just the 6 rooms that were in our building. Our suite was pure luxury. The view from our room and the roof top terrace were spectacular! We will be back!!!

This is a gem of a hotel close to the Spanish Steps and a reasonable walk to many attractions. We spent New Year's Eve at the rooftop bar and felt like the fireworks were right there. Our floor had 2 rooms and breakfast was served outside our door. This felt like a private experience. The staff was great especially Earl and Reka. I would definitely here again.

What a fab, quirky hotel!  The location is superb.
❗️Please don't expect modern decor,  it is decorated in keeping with the traditional period of the building.❗️
The terrace on the top floor was a lovely place to have breakfast and to sit and enjoy a glass of wine whilst chatting with the other guests of an evening.
The breakfast staff and evening staff were absolutely fantastic, the porters dealt with your luggage the minute you arrived at the hotel, and the reception staff were very helpful.
Our room was very comfortable and very clean,
So, if you are expecting modern surroundings and peace and quiet, this is not the place for you, but If you like quirky and like being in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Rome then I say go for it.

If you want a quiet location, this isn’t it as the room we stayed in was around the corner from the main Inn and faced the piazza di Spagna which can be very busy in the fall.  The room was nice though, the concierge helped us with reservations, and the breakfast which is now in both buildings was fantastic.   Everyone was really pleasant and helpful and there are taxi stands right outside the hotel.  If you stay walk up the hill to the Villa Medici and enjoy the view especially at sunset!
