Our stay was wonderful. The room was well appointed and felt luxurious. The staff was friendly, and courteous. I looked forward every morning to the incredible breakfast.
The location was perfect; centrally located yet away from noisy and overcrowded street.
We would definitely stay here again when in Florence.

Our one night stay at Palazzo Castri was not near long enough. Out of all of the hotels we stayed at during our two week trip, this was our favorite! The staff were welcoming and kind, and we received a voucher for a yummy welcome drink for booking through their website. We had the most basic room which was cozy and well equipped. It was squeaky clean and we had plenty of yummy drinks and snacks in our complementary mini bar (also a perk from the deal we got for booking through their website). Originally, we did not book the breakfast package but added it and it also was our favorite hotel breakfast from the trip - an egg station with multiple different styles of eggs, pastry area, yogurts, fruits, veggies, meats, you name it! Our Florence trip was too short and when we return, we definitely will be staying here again!

Everyone was very welcoming from the time we checked in until we left. The hotel was very nice and clean. Our room was big and we had everything we could need. We highly recommend anyone staying in Florence to consider this hotel.

The concierge staff was absolutely BEYOND! We were directed to extraordinary (though not necessarily expensive) restaurants. The wait staff in the dining room made every effort to survive our requests, remember our breakfast preferences from day to day and even provide tea and biscotti after the kitchen had closed when we returned wet from long walks. Bravissimo!

My wife & I stayed 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were all friendly, approachable, enthusiastic & efficient. The breakfast was terrific, the room very comfortable and the location is perfect for exploring the wonders of Florence. Made our time in Florence perfetto!
