this is a dump.  huge stair climb to your room.  dirty and blocked hallways all day long. no window in room. chipped plaster and paint all over.  weak breakfast and no capacity to handle everyone at once. the reviews on this place have to be fake.  why this comes up as a top hotel on booking is just nonsense.  do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere

The service is extremely good, the hotel staff are very kind and nice. The location is amazing and the rooms are clean. The only thing to look out for is you have to climb up a flight of stairs to get to the hotel elevator so for those with huge luggages, be prepared.

We loved this hotel.  We are family of 4 and stayed in the “suite”. It was a larger room with a partition door splitting the main queen bed and our kids.  It also had a private terrace.  The staff was super friendly and walked us to our room to ensure there were no questions.  Had a small fridge which was nice for all our water and drinks. Had happy hour every evening before we stepped out for dinner.  Breakfast was included and very good.  It was the top two hotels of our 6 city trip.

Great hotel close to all the major attractions. Very friendly and helpful. Hollywood style double room with separate dressing area. Room size perfectly adequate for 3 nights stay. A little noise from outside but that's expected in a busy city. Air con was great as was shower with seat. Toilet legroom was a bit tight. Steps up into the hotel were known when we booked, luggage assistance available. Breakfast was plentiful, great cappuccino and afternoon cake/coffee and evening happy hour were nice unexpected touches. Good room rate for city hotel, recommended.

This is the second time my husband and I stayed at your hotel while visiting Florence.  Thank you again for a wonderful experience.  The hotel is charming and centrally located but the service is what makes you special.  Leonardo assisted us with making recommendations for dinner (which was amazing), he showed us on the map where to go, he arranged for a cab ride, told us there was going to be breakfast before we left for our train and more.  Thank you again for the hospitality!
