Great hotel! Wonderful location near some of the best food and coffee spots in Riga. Rooms are comfortable and everything looks new. The gym is nicely equipped and has an amazing view.
Staff was very friendly, especially the breakfast staff. Breakfast was a good value, featuring a solid selection of fresh fruit, cereals, eggs, bread, etc. Not many vegan options but enough for a morning meal.
As a frequent business traveler who has spent hundreds of nights in Marriott properties, this was a surprisingly positive experience and one of the better stays I’ve had in this tier of hotel.

I am a Marriott Titanium Elite member...Meaning I stay at a lot of Marriott properties and I have been for years and this is my First review.
I am doing it because the Staff deserves it.

Staff, 10/10. The rooms are cleaned perfectly there is never any hesitation what so ever with any of my requests. The follow up that the staff has is also great, they don't ever forget any of my requests such as additional large Towels.
My Girlfriend was coming to visit and had an issue coming into the county with customs, at 3am the night shift staff helped me with google and searching for the correct information of who I needed to call.
Night requests such as places to eat and what to see in the city, always very friendly.
In 2024 I have spent around 50 days this year at this hotel and I will always stay here when I am at Riga,

Location- Its the best location in town. Its literally surround by the top rated restaurants in the city and is a short scooter ride from old town, and 3 blocks away from the mall and a casino, there is a "Beer Museum" directly across from the hotel, there is a sushi restaurant as well, however I ate a lot at the hotels restaurant, the Fish and Chips is excellent and the Steak is fantastic as well it has a light balsamic drizzle on it with some season that tastes great, I literally get the steak 3-4 times a week when I stay here.

Rooms- The rooms are great and very typical of Europe, the front desk also assisted me with an adapter for my American charger for my computer and phone.
The rooms are dark when sleeping and they do their best to keep out any light because during the summer months there's a lot of daylight.
I am very picky when I sleep, and there's only two things I can think of that prevented me from giving this 5stars for everything
- I would like the Marriott to consider is changing the Pillows or adding different options,  Currently they have slightly softer pillows than I am used to and if they had a firm option and a soft option I think that would be great
-Gym, I am a gym addict, If they had a few more options in there gym such as a nice Cable Fly machine and a bigger selection of dumbbells I would probably never need to leave the hotel.

Overall, this is in the top 3, Id highly suggest this hotel to anyone traveling, the location, the staff, everything is very very detailed oriented.
For example right now I am sitting having lunch, I am watching a lady clean and scrub the table after the guests just finished eating, she is using a special cleaning and a scrub pad and working very hard and the table is pristine and clean, I didn't get her name but its short maybe 5 letters in total, she has Brown hair and is about 5'9 so if the management reads this know that your staff is working hard from my perspective

Were pleasantly surprised by this hotel, one of the best AC hotels we’ve stayed at.
Room was small but well maintained and the bed were great. Walking distance to everything and so many different interesting dining options in the area. Definitely coming back and staying again.

Reasonable prices. Clean functional rooms. Work area downstairs with reasonable chairs and tables. Friendly and smart reception team. Fine lounge with reasonable espresso drinks. Great location near downtown, good coffee shops, several restaurants and a small but very well sorted grocery store across the street.

Great hotel and location. Room was very comfortable and quiet. 15 euro breakfast had a good selection. The fitness center was small but adequate. Hotel parking was full but there is another parking garage very close.
