Recently stayed here with my wife, we were given 2 single beds. Room was nice and clean, coffee and tea provided but no milk and wasn't topped up during our stay. The breakfast was ok, nothing special but something for everyone to have a light snack. The food hall next door is brilliant, very close and easy to find, trams are close and easy to use. I wish the hotel would give some sort of map because it can be a bit daunting trying to find your way around the side streets. Checkout and check in was quick and easy. The room got very hot very quickly and there is no window to open. The shower was nice and warm. Beds were comfy. Only 1 or 2 English tv channels. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the younger man at the bar. Food and drinks are very reasonably priced. I would stay again

This hotel was great for an 8 day stay. It was close to the trams, the market, and the staff was incredibly helpful and nice. The only complaint we had was the wifi was not strong and sometimes would cut out on us. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here - the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a great location, we were happily surprised by all our options within a few streets. Room was clean and the candies at the front desk were impossible to walk by without snagging one (or two). We would stay here again!

Hotel De Hallen is kinda unique, because of the history of the building it's in: It was a tra train depot in the past. You can feel that vibe in the hotel rooms and when you enter the building. It's located next to Food Hallen and is close enough to the city center to walk by foot. I wouldn't say the rooms are 'spectacular', but are certainly nice. It overall gives train vibes. I like staying there.

Modern & convenient hotel in Amsterdam.
Good location behind the De Hallen Food Hall.
Attentive & helpful staff. Nice comfortable rooms with spacious bathrooms , including a bathtub are cute ,. Only negative point is there are no windows looking outside. Glass wall window faces interior hallway walkway.
