I loved this place! I went here on my first night in Amsterdam looking for a traditional Dutch meal. Emil was so kind. He was able to seat me at the bar (even with a booked evening) and helped with ordering. He also helped with other local spots to visit. The food was delicious. I’d high recommend making a reservation before going!

Absolutely AMAZING experience!!! Can't recommend this restaurant enough. The food was incredible, well cooked, extermely homemade and delishious! The place in itself is really cozy and traditional looking, but over all... We have to say the service is the best. Everyone in the restaurant was really attentive and kind but especially the waiter that took care of our table Gabriel was really excepcional... He made our night truely special, speaking with patience and love to our mom, being on top of every little detail of our meal.. honestly without words with this dining experience... Felt authentic, food was
so yummy and a service that made you feel at home.

Thanks so much for making our last dinner in Amsterdam so wonderful.

During our stay in Amesterdam, we dined in here four times ordering different Dutch foods. Every time the food was delicious, the staff were super friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Would recommend anyone looking for a great dining experience at a Dutch restaurant. I was impressed with how light and delicious their cream tomato soup was. Plus, they have a good selection of appetizers and desserts, and prices are reasonable.

Such a cute cosy little restaurant that serves authentic Dutch food. We visited tonight from Australia and had a very tasty meal. I had the traditional meatballs with mash and gravy and my partner had the beef stew. Both very delicious and hearty. Perfect for winter! The staff were accommodating at fitting us in last minute and super friendly as well. Highly recommended if you’re wanting authentic Dutch food!
