Great location in Jordaan, the menu is tacos and enchiladas and then some. I found the overall price to quantity ratio very reasonable for similar Amsterdam restaurants. They recommended 6 dishes but we were good with 4 and a drink each! Fast service with a smile. Reservations HIGHLY recommended.

This is my go-to Mexican place in the city! Every time it delivers the same quality and never disappoints!
Not just tacos but other plates are so unique and have great mixture of flavors.
The cocktails are great too!
It’s very tiny and cosy so reservation would be definitely helpful. Sometimes I try my chance to find a place outside or on the window to end up my strolls in Jordaan with Rosario’s delicious food but other than that I make sure to reserve in advance.

I was really excited to get a last minute table for two at Rosario on a Saturday evening. We did the chefs choice menu. One pescatarian and one regular, because we couldn't decide. The staff is super helpful, friendly and explains the menu. My absolute standout was the beef brisket tacos. Wow. Can't wait to go back! Thanks for the great evening!

What a nice and cozy spot this is in the middle of the city of Amsterdam! Delicious modern Mexican food to enjoy by yourself or with friends/loved ones, nice drinks, good vibes, friendly and amazing personnel! I do recommend to make a reservation online just in case, just to make sure that you have a table reserved.

To start of I had the TACOS DE CAMARONES (2) with shrimp, chipotle crema topped with red cabbage and samphire. It was an flavour bomb!
So good! The balance of flavours was spot on!

After that I had the SERE DE PESCADO
Pan, a fried corvina in a red coconut sauce.
A Caribbean Mexican dish from the Garifuna community. It was soooo good!
The fish was perfectly cooked and the sauce just elevated the entire dish! The freshly baked bread that they also serve with the dish is great to scoop up all that tasty goodness off the plate.

For my 3rd meal I had the TACOS DE SUADERO (4), a Mexico City classic. Crispy fried beef brisket with a tomatillo salsa. It was tasty, and good hit of salt… although a bit oily (but that’s just my personal opinion). The lime definitely helped to add some acidity to counter the saltiness and oily flavour.

To finish it off I had the caramel flan for dessert with a cappuccino + almond syrup on the side.
A nice and sweet way to finish off the food experience!

Would I recommend this place and come back in the future? Absolutely!!!

Best Mexican food in Amsterdam. Food was 6/5 stars. The service was amazing and the place was super clean and unique. Highly recommend. Favorites were the Aguachile, the chilaquiles with chicken, and the tacos it’s a toss up between the Cochinita Pibil and the Coliflor and corn aka Veggie tacos.

Almost forgot amazing margaritas🤤

Had to order the aguachile twice! Definitely worth the walk
