The location of the hotel was really good, very close to all the Oslo highlights and very good tram and subway connections. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I ever had. There was a huge diversity of food and everything was tasty, fresh and constantly replenished. I really like the personal touch of having a message written on my cappuccino every morning. Additionally, the staff offered an outstanding service, they were always smiling, eager to help and chat. Especially every morning, the lady from the breakfast would make conversation with all the guests, make sure they're enjoying their stay and crack some jokes. Impressive! On the downside, the rooms were quite tiny and there was not much space to move. But apart from that, the whole stay was amazing.

The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome. My room was spacious and had a great view. The dining options were top-notch, especially the breakfast buffet. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can't wait to go back!

The check in was super easy and quick. The location is perfect: within 8 mins of the National Theater station which was on the Fly1 line from the airport, minutes of high end shopping, the plaza for Oktoberfest, almost all the Michelin restaurants are within walking distance, also walk to the Royal Palace and all the other sites. The breakfast is arguably the best in Oslo with a broad array of breads, pastries, handmade chocolate, organic honey, … it was a feast and the service was excellent.  The room itself was clean and had an open, modern feeling. Everyone was super helpful and kind. I’d definitely stay here again.

Small but adequate room. Very comfortable beds. Fabulous award winning breakfast buffet. They also have a tea/coffee lounge upstairs, which was a nice place to meet friends in late afternoon or after dinner. Dinner was very good, and as a member of their rewards program, we got a discount on our dinner bill. We had a very early train the day we left. They arranged a taxi for us and had a breakfast bag for us. Very nice!
