I arrived around 5:30 PM to snag a good spot for sunset, and I'm so glad I did! By 6:00-6:30 PM, the place was packed, with no seats left on the outdoor rooftop. So, if you're planning to catch the sunset, be sure to arrive early.
The view from the rooftop is simply breathtaking. I could see everything from the cityscape to the Tagus River and even the iconic Cristo Rei statue in the distance. It was truly magical watching the sun dip below the horizon, painting the sky with vibrant hues.
A few things to keep in mind:

Amazing chill bar terrace on the 6th floor of parking building. Just take the stairs located at the left side of the parking entrance. Drinks are great and the vibe is chill and nice with music and open air space to have a great time with friends. Much better than  the rest of the bars in the area.

We read about this club and while out walking, my friend and I, realized that we we close by.   You wouldn't really see it because it's on the rooftop of a parking garage.   And,  listen,  the elevators do not work, so, you're gonna have to climb 6 flights of stairs to enjoy.  But,  it's the norm for Portugal,  right? There wasn't any outside rooftop seating so we took up residency in the room where the DJ spins the records.  On the first visit (yes we came a second time) we ordered margaritas.   They were just okay.   But we came back a week later and the drinks were really good.   This spot is really a WHOLE vibe.   I'm not sure if the DJ plays every night,   but on Thursday nights he plays 90s hip hop.   They do sale food, but each time we ordered chips.   Definitely go check it out and enjoy yourself!
