We have just ended our 5 night stay here in November 2024. From approaching the hotel to leaving we have had a wonderful stay and well needed rest.
Coming from the hospitality trade ourselves all the little things really matter . Staff are really friendly and approachable.  Room serviced every day , again really pleasant staff. We stayed bed & breakfast,  we aren't used to eating in a morning but we have thoroughly enjoyed doing this and stocking up the pounds to get us through a busy Christmas period.
Overall a lovely stay and weather been our side too 😀

First let me start by thanking all the staff working there, everyone is smiling and helpful.
Juan Diego, the receptionist is so kind and helpful.
The vibe of the hotel is spectacular, Level lounge was super nice and I really want to thank Eva, hats off to such a kind lady who’s helping everyone always smiling and welcoming.
Room was super clean and neat, They’re using Rituals products in the room as a hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and body lotion which I really like.
The view of the room was magical.
I can’t wait to go back again and again.

We have just returned from 4 nights at the Meliá Costa del Sol and absolutely loved the whole experience. The location is great for both beach access and strolling to other parts of the town. There is no rush for sunbeds in the mornings as there are plenty of different areas to choose from in the hotel as well at the external beach clubs. We had access to ‘The Level’ and enjoyed having the choice of 2 rooftops. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really efficient even at peak times as there is plenty of space and tables.
We didn’t want to leave and will be booking for a longer stay next year.

Excellent location, mere steps to the beach directly out front. Many choices within the hotel for lounging, hanging out and enjoying the sun. Easy walk to shopping,  restaurants and bars. Helpful and polite staff. Comfortable beds and in room coffee and mini frig.  Wish I was still there. Loved it.

Don't waste your money! Rooms are very average and you can hear everything - clearly no sound proofing. Honestly, nothing luxury about this hotel especially for the price! Important note for future guests is that the hotel has a much older crowd. No access to the rooftop as apparently it was all booked? My reservation was for a double room but got a twin. Badly refurbished. The food in the bar was awful - uncooked croquettes 🤢
Only few positives are that the bar staff were very friendly, the hotel has a good location and the second rooftop is nice for a sunset drink
