Interesting hotel, with an amazing roof top where you can see the old town and especially the Cathedral. Located in the heart of Seville, everything is accessible by foot.
You can benefit from the lift and drop the luggage after the check out. Having the bidet made me so happy, but this is another story.
The only “cons” is that you should leave the key to the reception, but is not a big deal. At least you will not lose it ! The ladies at the reception are positive and helpful, extremely happy with the service. Recommended 💯

Quirky hotel in old part of town. Close to many places of interest. Remember is an old building but very clean. Worth paying a bit extra for larger room. Staff very helpful. No kettle in room though various travel platforms claim there is.  They will give you hot water - but no good if you like a cup of tea when you wake up! Only reason for not 5 stars!

Very loud room, I here all the noise from neighbours going to the toilet and music from the restaurant could be heard inside the room.
The airconditioning smelled a lot like garlic and other food smells, all the clothes were dirty.
The shower was very slippery, and the ceiling was broken.
The walls also had all kinds of dirty stains.
Overall a very unpleasant stay, and woud not recommend.

The hotel is small and reception area and personnel are warm and friendly.   There is a tremendous rooftop view!  Although in the middle of El Centro, it was surprisingly quiet.

Rating low because of three reasons
1. The hotel is listed as having air conditioning. It did not in late March on an 80 degree Fahrenheit day and we were unable to sleep it was so hot in the room. Hotel staff said the A/C was not turned on for the building and that they could not turn it on. That is unacceptable if you advertise that the room has A/C.
2. The bathroom smelled of sewage with smelling oil to mask it. Unpleasant to say the least.
3. Construction started at 0800 so good luck sleeping after that.

The staff was nice even though they could not solve the A/C problem
