Hotel location is super convenient, within walking distance to many many attractions, stores and fine restaurants. The front desk and bell man services are top-notch, friendly, funny and attentive. Our suite is quite sizable, very clean and comfortable. Room service is also excellent, providing daily turn down, clean up and chocolate/water services.
The hotel sits on a historical site of a cotton/textile manufacturer, one of the oldest in Spain. Many elements within the hotel still reflects that. This is a great place to stay and I highly recommend it.

Our stay at the Cotton House Hotel in Barcelona was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel’s stunning design, rich history, and exceptional service. The attention to detail in the decor beautifully reflects the building’s heritage, making it a truly unique and elegant place to stay.

The location is perfect—central and convenient for exploring the city. The service was truly five-star, with every staff member ensuring our experience was memorable. A special thank you to Mr. Reyes, who gave us a fantastic tour of the hotel and shared its fascinating history with us. His knowledge and passion for the hotel made our visit even more special.

We also loved the patio bar, which provided a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

Overall, we highly recommend the Cotton House Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and historic stay in Barcelona. We definitely enjoyed our time here and would return in a heartbeat!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Cotton House Hotel, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service that set the tone for my entire stay
The hotel itself is a beautiful blend of elegance and comfort, with stunning decor that reflects its unique character. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could possibly need. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, making it a cozy haven to return to after exploring the city.

What truly made my stay special, however, was the incredible team of staff members. Each person I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Alex, Merwin, and Javi at the front desk were particularly helpful and friendly. They greeted me with genuine warmth and were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their local knowledge was invaluable, providing me with excellent recommendations for dining and activities.

In the restaurant, Ramiro and Fernán stood out with their attentive service and delightful personalities. They made every meal enjoyable, going the extra mile to ensure that I had everything I needed. Their passion for hospitality was evident and added to the overall experience.

I must also commend the housekeeping staff, who maintained impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel. My room was always spotless, reflecting their dedication and attention to detail, which made my stay even more comfortable.

I’m excited to share that I’ll be returning to The Cotton House Hotel this fall! I can’t wait to experience the wonderful hospitality of the staff once again and create new memories in this charming hotel. If you’re considering a stay at The Cotton House, I highly recommend it. Fantastic accommodations!  It all started by being greeted by super friendly staff.  The room was beautiful with a very nice terrace on the first floor.  Our luggage was brought up immediately and the bellman took time to explain the room and answer any questions we had.  Comfortable mattress and linens helped catch up on sleep from an overnight flight.  When we return to Barcelona, we will certainly return to Cotton House.  Thank you for the fantastic service !
