A bit conflicted about the hotel. The only good thing about the hotel is the location as you are in the midst of city centre. After that though there are no positives. The rooms are tiny with very little ventilation + you can hear everything from adjacent rooms, flushes, water noises and conversations. The layout of the room is strange with the tinniest of sink located right in the bedroom. The bedakes noise and was not comfortable The balcony attached to my room was closed but I was situated next to the open area so I could sometime leave the door open for ventilation. All in all, not a comfortable stay for the money.

Checked in yesterday, no air con and room had no ventilation or windows for fresh air. The staff member was very understanding and said other guests had also complained about the air conditioning.  I have a health issue that affects my circulation and require a cool environment which is why I booked as the place promotes air conditioning.
The hotel what's apped me to say they were very sorry and would refund me in full but I had to submit via expedia.
Expedia have advised they have refused to refund!.
Whilst waiting for our taxi, another guest also complained as she had been locked out of her room for 2 hours the previous night.
It appears that this place is riddled with problems and Expedia should not promote on its website
Awful place and staff not telling the truth!

Do Not Stay Here – Untrustworthy Staff and Poor Service
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. I accidentally left my electronic toothbrush behind, and when I contacted them, they informed me that the cleaning agency would handle it. Despite their promise to update me, I never heard back. It feels like they are completely indifferent to the situation.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such disregard from a hotel – if you leave something behind, consider it gone. The lack of responsibility and customer care is astonishing. I would not recommend staying here if you value your belongings and expect trustworthy service.

Really pleasant stay - staff is super friendly and the place is very clean and cosy. My room was quite small, but perfect for a short stay.

Worst stay we ever had in Barcelona. There were dead cucaracha’s in the shower. Also the airco made a very loud noice.
