I had the pleasure of staying at the stunning Casa Fuster Hotel in Barcelona and couldn’t have asked for a more exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and professional staff, who made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is breathtaking, combining classic charm with modern luxury, and is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore all that Barcelona has to offer.

Breakfast at Casa Fuster was a highlight each morning, with an incredible selection of delicious options that catered to every taste. The quality and variety of the food were outstanding, and the dining environment was as elegant as it was welcoming.

A special mention must go to the amazing hotel manager, Omar. He went above and beyond to resolve a minor issue that had been created by Booking.com, handling the situation with utmost professionalism and care. His dedication to ensuring that everything was perfect for my stay made a huge difference, and I’m truly grateful for his exceptional service.

Overall, Casa Fuster Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the impeccable service and fantastic breakfast to the ideal location and the attentive, dedicated staff, my stay was nothing short of perfect. Stayed here for 4 nights in junior suite. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (both before visit and after). The hotel itself is beautiful, with a regal style to it.

The junior suite was spacious, and the jacuzzi bath was well worth it after lots of walking.

We had breakfast here twice and I would say this was the only let down - for 60 euros for 2 people each day, it was not worth it and whilst the service was good, the food was nothing great.

All in all, great location, beautiful rooms and a very nice rooftop bar.

I want to extend a huge thank you to the staff at Casa Fuster for making our stay unforgettable. My wife and I chose to stay here while celebrating our elopement ceremony in Barcelona. After a long day of travel, we were looking forward to some rest but initially encountered some noise issues with our room, as it was located on the second floor where music from the Jazz Night and a reception could be heard late into the night from the lobby floor.

However, after speaking with the staff, they were incredibly kind and accommodating. They quickly moved us to a new room with a stunning view of the city, which made all the difference. A special thank you to Omar, one of the Front Desk Managers, and the rest of the team for turning our stay into a truly wonderful experience. Casa Fuster is a beautiful hotel with exceptional service, and we will always remember our time there. We highly recommend staying here!

The service and the breakfasts were outstanding.  The rooms had little light. The beds were very comfortable.  The bathroom was not great. The tubs were very tall. Getting into the tub/shower was ok because there was a bar to hold onto. The toilet and the bidet were opposite each other and there was very little space to step out of the very high tub with no bar. No recommended for seniors.

The facade doesn’t represent the inside.
Ones it must been a good hotel but now it needs a renovation.

Rooms are old, dark and dull, but with good beds.
The bathroom was unclean (pictures), and one morning no hot water . (Luckily they compensated with 15% discount)
The shampoo, conditioner and bath soaps are from 2 different brands.
It is not what you expect from a 5* hotel.

A positive note: the household ladies and gentlemen doormen were very friendly and helpful

I asked for my wife’s birthday a bottle of champagne. It was served without anything (no chips, nuts, olives,…). When we left the room with only half the bottle emptied, it was taken out of our room.
Again it was compensated.

But the whole holiday it was a constant struggle.

It was not relaxing and you go to these type of hotels to destress
