This is a fantastic side trip if it’s a hot day and you are visiting Gaudi Park ! We found this out  randomly- the kids (6&8) and my husband swam in their boxers and we all had an unexpected fantastic day! Highly recommend is travelling with kids on a hot day!

I really like this park. It has a small pond that acts as a swimming pool, especially for children and, although it is currently under repair, when it works normally it enjoys a large influx. It has a children's play area and two tables to play table tennis, as well as a picnic area and a small bar where you can have a snack and tapas. In addition, if you go up its side area, it has several paths with benches to sit and from there you can access the mountain and see the park from above. I like it because it is large and optimal for both families and couples who want to walk or have a drink and hang out or meet friends. A simple but beautiful park in the heart of city.

A hidden gem 💎 kind of park - it’s quite small but in summer you can swim in a nice low depth swimming pool. During other seasons it’s just very peaceful and harmonious - it has views (you can see the sea of you go to the top of the rock), the mountains, the pine trees and the palm trees and the flowers of course. There several picnic areas to have a really good time. There’s also a little tapas place inside which offers tasty home-made tapas (although limited choice, but definitely delicious)

By principle I’d like to give 5 stars because once again the city has shown how to use space in an incredible way.

However I think the top part of the mountain could better be taken care of. Most of the parks seem better well taken care of, however the paths seemed a little bit off track.
