I recently dined at Aarde and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The paella was outstanding, full of rich flavors and perfectly cooked. The Burrata salad was fresh and creamy, a delightful start to the meal. The sushi was a pleasant surprise, with each piece beautifully presented and bursting with taste. The cocktails were expertly crafted, adding a perfect touch to an already wonderful evening. Aarde truly offers a diverse and delicious menu, and I can’t wait to return!

Exceptional service, the food was served so fast. The design of the restaurant is incredible with all the little details. We celebrated a birthday and this was the perfect place for this occasion. However, they didn’t let me change my sushi for another kind after I ordered, claimed that they were still going to serve it and charged us for both meals (but what are you going to do, it’s Europe).

We got a last minute reservation for my daughter’s 18th in April as the weather changed and we had to rethink our dining for the family. It didn’t disappoint, the food I highly recommend and the music and atmosphere was lively and fun! I look forward to going again!

- the staff were helpful even when i made reservation with wrong date they changed it to the same day and found table for me immediately ( it was crowded )
- the service was fast and good
- the food taste was good  8/10
- the atmosphere of the restaurant is really nice in both places ( inside or outside)

- the thing i didn’t like about pet allowances to set next to the table ,, its not good feeling to eat and there is a dog next to your table smelling your hand or whatever,, i have allergies from dogs so i didn’t feel comfortable

I found this restaurant a couple of blocks from my hotel in Madrid on a recent visit.  They have extensive outdoor seating,  but it was busy and we were seated inside.  The decor is impeccable and they have a great view of the puerta de Alcala,  which is a beautiful landmark.  I was disappointed they don't offer their paella after 5:30pm (why?), so I chose the Angus steak.  It was prepared perfectly,  except I found it to be too salty.  My wife ordered the chicken entree and it was delicious.  The service was exceptional and they have an extensive wine list.  I would give it another try for lunch and try the paella.
