The staff at this hotel, particularly Marcello, Diego and Javi were beyond helpful and no question or request was too much! I very much appreciated their help with dinner reservations both prior and during our stay plus directions and taxi bookings.You always received a friendly smile and greeting !The hotel had an excellent breakfast menu/ buffet  ( for a fee) with great service .The public spaces were comfortable and I liked the water service in the lobby after coming back from taking in the sights . Also an afternoon snack was served if you wanted it . We had turn down service at night - yummy chocolate left behind . I would highly recommend this hotel - location was excellent, staff superb, spacious room, nice public spaces !

Wonderful hotel in the heart of the city. I liked everything about this hotel.
The location cannot be beaten, it’s a 15 minute stroll from Plaza Mayor and you pass many great restaurants on the way. There are great restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the hotel!
It is an easy stroll to Del Prado museum and to the metro if you want to go further afield. The rooms are spacious and quiet, well maintained and the bathroom was equally good with a large walk-in shower
All of the staff are friendly and courteous and breakfast is very good. All in all a fabulous stay. Highly recommended.

Wonderful hotel. Javi, at the front desk, was very helpful! Alejandra, from their bar, was wonderful! Pablo, the waiter, was super nice!

Their English was beyond what I could have hoped for!

The room was very clean and the location was perfect!

Enjoyed 3 nights at this hotel and it was perfect. The bedroom was stunning, quiet and comfortable, the public areas decorated to a high standard, bringing out the Beaty and history of the building.
The staff were incredibly attentive and the hotel has wonderful touches such as free sandwiches, cake and fruit in the afternoon.
The location is perfect for seeing the best of Madrid and only a short walk to The Prado and some fabulous bars and restaurants.

Location is excellent with accessibility to all the things within walking distance and close to train station. Room was right temperature, comfortable, bed had a variety of pillows choices, bath, windows that opened for fresh air, little balcony. Room serviced every day plus turn down service. The absolute big ticket item is the breakfast buffet. Nothing was too much trouble with coffee, salad, hot food, fresh fruits, variety of milks, breads, yogurts - value for money. I would recommend this hotel.
