It's a vibrant bar. Friendly customer service! Great food!

Chipirones a la plancha is cooked to perfection.
Pulpo a la gallega is so tender.
Crema de erizo is amazing.
Txangurro al homo has the wow factor.

Trust me, this is the best pintxo bar in San Sebastian / Donostia!
Can get very busy and chaotic but that’s exactly how it should be. Must order dishes / drinks:
1) Foie a la plancha
2) Chipirón a la plancha
3) Crema de erizo (sea urchin)
4) Txakoli (slightly sparkling white wine)

Very charming and well renowned pinxtos bar in the historic centre of San Sebastián. Great selection and variety of dishes. Super friendly staff, that you quickly get familiar with. Don’t miss out on the sea urchin, foie gras and cheesecake. A must-visit, for foodies.

Was a bit sus when I saw the name of this place since it seemed like it could be a tourist trap. However, it is anything but. This was our fave pintxos place hands down. Absolutely loved the mushroom croquette, foie gras, patatas bravas, uni, calamari, and the crab omelette. You may have to fight a crowd, but it's 1000% worth it.

This place has friendly and attentive staff, and can get easily packed on a late week night. On our first visit we were sold on the creamy sea urchin with roe. It’s best paired with either txakoli or vino tinto. We also liked how the pulpo was cooked. It was so tender, although we had better tasting ones elsewhere. We came back for foie gras the following night and it certainly did not disappoint. We found their version of foie gras more indulgent than the ones we had in pinchos bars around Bilbao.
