In my opinion the finest venue in the region if not the Nordics. Location: Perfect, Cuisine: Perfect, Atmosphere: Perfect. In short: highly recommended. This was an unexpected dinner organised by friends and I left truly blown away! I've dined at some of the finest restaurants in the world and have to say I'm rarely as impressed as I was by dinner here. The story that goes with each of the dishes on the tasting menu is refreshingly authentic as is the owner, Fredrik, who is not only a talented chef but lives and breathes the local game and produce. Particularly noteworthy was the perfect presentation of dishes & pairing of wines by the sommelier, Pernilla, which uniquely also offered speciality non-alcoholic options for those who are not drinking.
