Good place for a AW or with family. They guide you to paint on ceramics and give you back the polished ceramic. Paint and brush is provided and good activity for 45 minutes. Hidden gem for activity and a must try. I strongly recommend. Have a great time 🕰️ cheers 🍻

Sjukt ointresserad och inte service minded personal. Knappt ett hej när man kommer, de står och pratar om privata saker med varandra och när man bad om hjälp verkade det som att man störde dem. Ni behöver nog anställa ny personal eller lära upp dem bättre i hur de ska bemöta kunderna för en bra och positiv upplevelse.
För utöver deras bemötande var det superbra och skulle ha blivit 5 stjärnor.

Very disinterested and not service minded staff. Hardly a hello when you arrive, they stand talking about private things with each other and when you asked for help it seemed like you were disturbing them. You probably need to hire new staff or train them better in how to treat customers for a good and positive experience.
Because in addition to their treatment, it was superb and would have been 5 stars.

Supermysig lokal, många keramik att välja mellan och superfina engober. Även bra tidsduration på eventet, 2h är mycket lagom.

Dock lite konstig service från personalen på plats, ger intrycket att man "stör" de när man vill ställa frågor eller behöver hjälp. Sedan fick jag tillbaka min keramik med undersidan glaserad vilket är rätt konstig med tanke på att det kan fastna i ugnen... och nu glider skålen runt på bordet när jag ska använda den.

Super cozy place, many ceramics to choose from and super fine engobes. Also good duration of the event, 2h is very adequate.

However, a little strange service from the staff on site, gives the impression that you "disturbing" them when you want to ask questions or need help. Then I got my ceramic back with the underside glazed which is quite strange considering it can get stuck in the oven... and now the bowl slides around on the table when I'm going to use it.

Tyvärr oflexibla kring att jag missat använda ett presentkort innan det gick ut. För en så liten business känns det orimligt att det inte går att göra ett undantag när ändå 1000kr har betalats in i kassan. Förstår det helt enkelt inte. Gör inte samma misstag som jag.

Unfortunately inflexible about me failing to use a gift card before it expired. For such a small business, it feels unreasonable that it is not possible to make an exception when SEK 1,000 has been paid into the cash register. Just don't get it. Don't make the same mistake I did.
