The hotel is in a nice location by the sea, and the staff is friendly. Although our first room hadn't been cleaned properly and had remnants from a previous guest in the toilet, the kind staff quickly arranged a new room for us. The accommodations felt more like a barrack or camping motel, with small rooms and very thin walls that let in a lot of noise from other guests. The breakfast was okay but nothing special. On a positive note, parking was great and very accessible. Overall, it was not good value for money, and I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Very well located for a calm and relaxing stay. Nice food in the restaurant and nice terrace to relax in the sun with beautiful views. Hotel rooms however are below standard with very cheap interior (bathroom seems to come from a cheap do-it-yourself shop), rooms are very small, no airco, … The hotel could do much better here! Parking is to be paid, which is a minus too, but price is acceptable. Personnel is rather unfriendly/short but this seems also a cultural thing.

Good place for a short quiet getaway. This place is like a decomposed hotel with several buildings including hotel rooms, restaurant, conference rooms, spa with indoor and outdoor heated pools. There is also a minigolf course outside.
The overall experience was pleasant. The staff is very friendly and service minded. The food was good.

The rooms are quite small and not that practical. For example, the ceiling light hangs too low and you can hit it with your head when you go to bed. There is also a shelf above the bed which is even worse because it is so low and you can hit it at night

If you need a break and want to spoil yourself, I can definitely recommend Gullmarsstrand Hotel. We had a fabulous stay. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome from the start.
Our room was small, but exactly what you needed as the other facilities totally makes up for it. The bed was extremely comfortable.
We had dinner at the restaurant on the Friday and it was excellent. Very well presented food and fabulous service. We both had the Cod and it was very tasty. They have a good wine selection as well.
The Saturday we booked a session in the spa and what a place, probably one of the best views you can have.
We will definitely be back!

Our party of 6 stayed at the hotel from Friday to Saturday. The room was OK, lacking nightstands and a place to prop the suitcase. It was clean and the beds were nice. The restaurant and dinner was amazing, our waitress Alexandra, who was new to the game, was EXCELLENT. She did a GREAT job in Swedish and English, she also was very sensitive to individual needs. Breakfast was buffet style and did the trick. Overall, the stay was GREAT and the view was AMAZING !!!
