The more expensive place you go more snobbish and rude the staff are. This employee complained about us harassing and touching him for which we were thrown out. In reality we didn’t do anything. The other employee saw that I didn’t touch this guy but he did not take our side. Pathetic hospitality and behaviour

The worst club I've ever been to - absolutely no atmosphere or potential for fun; staff/security on various power trips within every square metre...god forbid you actually want to dance. If you do you will likely be told off for straying outside your designated area.  Appalling customer service. Soulless. Pretentious.

Terrible service, unfriendly, prejudice! We paid deposit weeks in advance explained it was a birthday party and 11 guys knowing this could be an issue but they said no it's fine, they took our deposit and on the night they refused entry based on what they already knew before taking our deposit. We had friends and family travel very far to be there from different countries and from very far in the UK. Ruined our night and the birthday.

I went with my friends. The music was good and the atmosphere was really fun. The security is high so as a woman you feel safe. The age range is very young though so we left. Leave it for the young ones ie 20-30s.

Last night me and my friends as well as everyone else in the queue was refused entry after midnight, I find this unacceptable as we each paid £25 for the ESCP Halloween Party tickets just to be refused entry after 2 hours wait in the queue. The only other options that were given to us were to pay £100 each for a table. On top of that as we were waiting for a taxi to leave the club security pushed us with no earlier warning, nearly making me fall onto the ground, the man said that he wanted us to move however he had not simply asked prior to this. No refund was offered, terrible club.
