Exceptional service, hospitality, and staff! Those that we encountered really made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. I enjoyed the hotel's amenities, modern decor, and high tech features. The hotel area and room appeared and felt clean, and everything functioned as intended during our stay. We had a Twin Executive Room which offered stunning views of the city and skyscrapers. There was a short window delay on our room being available at check-in time, but the executive lounge was a great place to relax while we waited. I plan on returning during my next visit to London.

Great stay in a nice area. Haven’t been to London in awhile and heard it’s changed for the worse, this area was great and the hotel, staff and location great. Kid friendly as well.

Strongly recommend the executive rooms if it’s in the budget. They came with a high floor view, nicer room, and access to the lounge with served an amazing breakfast and happy hour. Happy hour was very generous.

Also an easy tube ride from Heathrow to Hyde park straight shot on the Piccadilly line. Which helped after a long flight.

Hope to be back.

Pure class, recently refurbed and done to an excellent standard. Room was spacious, light and extremely comfortable. Restaurant was lovely and the bar was beautiful; low lights, low music and wonderful cocktails. Food in the restaurant was amazing. I had the lobster macaroni cheese and it was incredible, best Mac and cheese I've ever had. Loved the whole experience.

The staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly. Everyone treated my 2 kids with kindess. The breakfast buffet was great, rooms were very nice and clean. We had a wonderful stay thank you.

Back from London after three days and staying for the first time at Park Lane, I wanted to share my overwhelmingly positive experience. As a long-time Diamond member, I have rarely experienced such a perfect balance between luxury, serenity, and customer service. Everything was nearly flawless, except for the check-out, where one staff member did not at all reflect the overall quality and excellence of the hotel.

Customer service is exceptionally strong and ever-present throughout this property. One rare highlight is the reception at the Executive Lounge, where the smiling and pleasant staff create a truly delightful atmosphere, which is uncommon in other Hilton hotels.

The size of the lounge and the quality of the food offerings are remarkable, though a few additional treats during the day would be appreciated. The lounge offers a serene atmosphere, which is also quite rare.

The breakfast is also very good, although once again, a bit more variety could be considered — but these are just minor details.

The completely renovated Executive rooms, with their light tones, provide a rare sense of serenity and perfect comfort, not to mention the exceptional city view I enjoyed.

Finally, the hotel's location is simply perfect for exploring London on foot or by cab. This property will undoubtedly remain my go-to destination whenever I travel to London again.
