We stay here whenever we pop up to London for a few days.   We stayed in a Premier+ room which as always is more than large enough for two, spotlessly clean and importantly quiet.

Breakfast is good value for money and very convenient.   The hotels location makes it perfect for sightseeing, even when horribly wet, as it is close to Waterloo Tube Station.

We stayed in this hotel with my family to celebrate my mom's birthday. We would definitely come back again. Wonderful team, everyone is welcoming and very helpful. Great variety in the breakfast. Clean and quiet room. Couldn't complain even if I wanted to. Special thanks to the reception team.

I had an amazing stay at Premier Inn County Hall! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the London Eye, the Thames, and plenty of attractions. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel was quiet, ensuring a great night’s sleep in their famously comfy beds.

Stayed here for vacation for about 9 nights. It was amazing. You can get an English breakfast for a small fee with reservations, and it is worth it just for the convenience. Great location only a few blocks from Big Ben, Parliament, and Westminster Abbey. Across the street from Starbucks and right at the London Eye. Has easy access to the London Underground as well. Room had 4 beds so it was a little crowded, but that was expected for 4 people (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Staff is extremely helpful with check in, check out, and recommendations. Several restaurants are located close by as well within walking distance that did not require reservations. Enjoyed walks along the Queen's Walk. Just about a 30 minute walk to Buckingham Palace. Would highly recommend.

ROOMS are premier inn standard but they have reduced the pressure of the 🚿 showers in some hotels. Clean and livable but try not to loose anything- you will not get it back. I know this because I have called the hotel 1 hour after check out and no manager  emailed or called me out of courtesy. The customer help line cannot even connect you to the hotel manager directly but you can't expect your experience to be 5star service from premier inn because they do not promote that.
Friendly staff and a good service from front desk and restaurant. No management to be seen.
