Had a relaxing stay at this luxurious hotel.
The welcome from doormen to reception staff was warm and courteous. Our room (‘Premium’) was spacious with amazing views of Green Park and Hyde Park Corner. The bed was comfortable with a choice of pillows. Everything in the room, including furniture and fittings, worked perfectly which reflected the hard work by the house-keeping team, behind the scene.
Morning breakfast was sumptuous and the staff happily arranged items which were not displayed in the buffet – all we had to do was ASK!
The Club Lounge was modern, clean and bright with floor to ceiling windows providing unique views of London Skyline. The food was of a high quality delivered by hospitable staff.
Gym was clean, well-equipped and sufficient.
There is no swimming pool or sauna. However, we tried their excellent spa. We chose the "Steam Temple Experience and Couples Massage”. 45 minutes in the steam room followed by shower, then an hour of massage, followed by relaxation time in the lounge with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. The stand-out feature was the privacy. We were provided a whole area equipped with a charming steam room, shower and changing rooms, a relaxing lounge along with massage beds – all to ourselves for a whole three hours. Nicole and Dawn were the perfect hosts. This was one of the best overall products that we have experienced! And we cannot recommend it enough.

A perfect 5-star experience!

Every aspect of our stay was excellent – from the staff and service to the rooms and comfort. The attention to detail and professionalism of the team truly stood out. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the sleep quality was exceptional, with comfortable beds that ensured a restful night.

The atmosphere and ambiance of the hotel are elegant and inviting, making the overall experience truly memorable. Even the price-performance ratio felt justified given the high standards maintained throughout.

I can confidently say this is one of the best hotel stays I’ve had. Highly recommended!

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel, perfectly situated with convenient access to nearby bus stops, making it effortless to explore London. The rooms were beautifully designed, offering a blend of comfort and sophistication. The shower stood out with its strong water pressure and consistently ideal temperature, adding a touch of indulgence to the experience.

The staff were attentive and accommodating, consistently going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. If I were to offer a minor critique, it would be regarding the bar service when claiming my welcome drink. Although the initial server acknowledged me and assured someone would assist shortly, there was a slight delay before another server attended to my request. Nevertheless, this was a small hiccup in an otherwise flawless experience.

Overall, my 3-day, 2-night stay was fantastic, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and conveniently located retreat in London.

As a regular guest and IHG member, I’ve always enjoyed staying at this hotel, but this visit was a major disappointment. During the busy end-of-December period, the hotel seemed completely unprepared. The check-in process was painfully slow—I didn’t get my room until after 3:40 PM, which caused me to miss an important haircut appointment.

The staff seemed overwhelmed and unwilling to engage, making the experience feel unwelcoming. The room I was given was outdated and in desperate need of renovation. The elevators were chaotic, with luggage crammed alongside guests, creating unnecessary inconvenience. Even the TV in my room was frustratingly difficult to use.

The only redeeming factor was the excellent cleaning service, but sadly, it wasn’t enough to offset the overall issues. I truly hope the hotel takes steps to improve operations and upgrade its facilities to meet the standards I’ve come to expect as a loyal guest.

This hotel is stellar. From the moment you walk in, you're very well taken care of. Every employee that I encountered couldn't have been nicer, or more helpful. And the views from the club are unbelievable! I cannot wait to return.
