Overall, the course meal was excellent. The dishes were well-prepared and enjoyable, but the pacing was too slow. The long gaps between courses disrupted the flow, making it difficult to stay engaged with the meal.

Additionally, it would be great if there were options for the main course, such as meat, seafood, or vegetarian choices. Offering more variety would cater to a wider range of preferences.

Lastly, while the quality of the food was good, I found the price to be a bit high. The experience was enjoyable, but improving the pacing and providing more choices would make it even better.

This restaurant offers a 7 course meal with some incredible drinks and wine pairing.  It is made to your dietary preferences with foods you love.   Everything was absolutely delicious, an amazing food experience.  We provided our food preference prior to the dinner night.  It was very exciting to see what we would get, as each one of us had our own food likes and dislikes.  With every dish, there was a beautiful presentation and an explanation to what we were going to enjoy.  The restaurant is very cute and romantic and it is a real fabulous dining experience to taste such incredible creations.  Bravo to the chef!

Absolutely amazing dining experience! As someone with a gluten allergy I truly appreciate how well they accommodated my needs. Every dish was incredible, but the highlight for me was the beef tartare! Everything was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were just phenomenal!!
We also opted for the wine pairing, and I highly recommend it, it complemented each course beautifully.. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, the service was top-notch. The staff were not only attentive but also incredibly knowledgeable about both the menu and the wine selections. I’ll definitely be coming back!!

By far the best restaurant I’ve been to in Montreal. A delicious 7 course menu, paired with the perfect wines and cocktails. Each dish is a work of art!

Overall: This place didn’t quite meet expectations. From the ambiance to the service and the taste, it was underwhelming. If I really had to give credit for something, I’d say the staff were friendly and enthusiastic—they introduced the dishes quite fluently.

Taste: The mussels had sand in them, and I crunched down on a mouthful. The fish had a rubbery taste that even the sauce couldn’t cover. The chicken was so dry, I felt like I was on a diet just eating it. The cabbage was overcooked to the point of being burnt—oddly enough, the parts that weren’t charred were even more bitter than the blackened ones. The starter flatbread was large enough, but the cheese smelled overwhelmingly strong, the outside was burnt, and the inside was undercooked. As for the dish pairings, they were certainly... creative: pork belly with garlic strips and half-roasted potatoes, chicken with radish, seafood with celery and fennel, and then there was the dessert—orange chrysanthemum jelly with vegetable meringue, flat noodles, and ice cream. Speaking of that ice cream, the giant chunks of salt on top gave me quite the shock with their saltiness! The whole meal was like a series of mismatched pairings that just didn’t make sense.

Ambiance: The dim lighting was supposed to create a cozy atmosphere, but it only highlighted the thick layer of dust in the few places with light—it was impossible to unsee. When they brought out the crystal glasses, I genuinely thought they were scratched-up plastic because of how cloudy they were. The chairs were small, hard, and uncomfortable, making the whole experience physically unpleasant.

Verdict: It wasn’t inedible, but it wasn’t good either. The sauces were overly oily and heavy, which made the meal feel cloying. I’d give it a score of 50-60 out of 100, but not a point more.
