Great hotel if you are going for events at the Peacock Theater and Crypto Arena.  The rooms are spacious with a good view of the theater.   Bartender on duty during my stay had excellent service and drinks.  Will stay here again if we're visiting the same location.

Really nice downtown hotel option, valet parking is a bit pricey but you have a parking lot just across the street and Spot Hero will do the work if you don't to pay for extra. Very nice breakfast, steak option was really nice, same as avocados. Everything walking distance if you want to explore some city getaways. Shopping available, grocery store is walking distance for some refreshments or anything more. I would love to come back! Great staff, great service, location and nearby to airport.

DO NOT STAY HERE. the hotel attempted to scam us. We came home to find more than 1000$ of charges on my credit card after we had pre paid for everything thru Costco vacations. I immediately phoned and assured me all would be resolved in a week, but the charges continued. I phoned the hotel and emailed the hotel myself multiple times and was told it was an error as they charged us a “resort fee”. But this was supposed to be waived as Costco vacations client I was then told? Regardless, when we checked in we were NOT told about this, and that it came with daily water bottles as well as a bar credit of $10 daily. We never used any of the credits and never received water or amenities included, because no one ever told us about it! Eventually after many calls I was told that the hotel double charged us again for the room even though it was prepaid. Finally after more than 2 weeks I was able to get a refund. There was something suspicious going on, coupled with the fact that when we checked out the employee refused to give me a receipt, told me it would be emailed to me later, and then never received it.

Terrible experience, terrible service, would NOT stay here again. Avoid at all costs.

I addition to this, the rooms have tons of wear and tear and were not clean on check in. The valet parking is expensive for a hotel of this level, and it very slow. I often had to call 15-20 min before to get the car on time and multiple times, as they would not answer the phone.

Honestly, I can overlook certain faults but for the money I paid, the experience was quite disappointing. I had high expectations as it’s a 4-star hotel and enjoyed my experience at the Hotel Indigo in Dubai. However, when I first checked-in, my initial room was dirty. There were stains all over the sofa and smudges on the tables. The split AC was tilted on one side like it was going to fall and was making some noise. The bed was made though. This was a corner king suite room. I immediately went back to the front desk telling them about the situation and wondering if I can get a refund or be moved to another room. Lawrence at the front desk was nice enough to show me two more rooms. He also said that it’s normal wear and tear of the sofas that explains the stains. I’m still not convinced. I finally chose a room on the 16th floor. It was acceptably clean with no issues the first night. The next morning, I was surprised to see dried stains on the bedding on the other side of the bed which I have not used. It’s almost like the bedding was cleaned and all but the stain couldn’t be removed. I reported it and they took action.
The shower wasn’t all cleaned well either.
In addition, the front desk staff, majority of them looked miserable and had no level engagement with me, barely smiling and not willing to go above and beyond. Even at the dining area during breakfast, there are areas on the floor that were wet and not cleaned even if I pointed it out to the team. There was also no shuttle service available. Breakfast was not bad but definitely overpriced.  I’m not sure if the recent political climate and protests that shortly occurred prior to my stay sort of influenced the quality of work the hotel staff provided. Very subpar service and will definitely not stay in this hotel in downtown LA again.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are nice and spacious bar upstairs is nice and downstairs too. Lobby is nice. Great location in LA walking distance from quite a bit and close Uber ride to quite a bit. I would say only fault is mini split can use a cleaning it made quite a bit of noise to the point we turned it off.Being on the 5th floor we heard drains running through the building for most of the night. Would certainly stay again though
