We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and what a great experience it was! We had the King Balcony Room and the views were absolutely stunning. The room itself was beautiful with big windows allowing for lots of natural light. It was well-stocked with everything we needed. It was in a great area with lots going on and the area truly came alive at night. If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. We will definitely be returning in the future!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and always took the time to engage with us whenever we passed by. They even upgraded my room, which was a wonderful surprise—it was huge! The industrial design elements throughout the property added a really cool and stylish touch.

I booked three rooms for our group for a three-night stay, and everyone was happy with their accommodations. The location is fantastic—within walking distance to LA Live and other key spots, making it super easy to explore downtown on foot. While the hotel doesn’t offer parking, there are plenty of convenient options nearby, which worked out great for us.

The rooftop bar, Sauced, is such a cute spot, and the DJ played some great sets. Plus, the little coffee shop in the lobby transformed into a DJ space on weekend evenings—it was a whole vibe!

Overall, we loved our stay, appreciated the decor, and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I was really impressed. Wasn’t sure what to expect but great room, clean, all very easy instructions. Little lovely touches such as face masks, ear plugs (could hear some road drilling outside room at night), body lotion.
Little desk area for working plus further work space if required elsewhere in building. Great gym , lovely rooftop, morning cafe and close to everything I needed to access in town like variety of food places, stores, metro. I could walk to everywhere I needed within ten minutes. Felt safe to walk in day (maybe not so much at night but I’d feel like that most places in LA and other cities as a woman by myself).
Perfect for what I needed and great central downtown location- on the historic United Artists building. Great value for money. It was the same cost as a motel Hollywood way, yet far cleaner, felt safer and more amenities.
Best thing as a Brit- it had a kettle!! I never find kettles in hotel rooms in LA. It also had teabags! What a find!

Amazing 24hr front desk security and service! I wish i would have got his name! This made me feel safe for being out of town! It was also very clean, stylish and great panoramic views from rooftop which had pool and hot tub!! Also great restaurant and theater on same block. Definitely would book here again!

Staff was very good. Making a good use of technology i also liked

But i am thinking how it got 4 star rating. This is a one star hotel, definitely good given ratings might be fake or purchased.

Please see the image and decide.

Its a good hotel, if just staying want to pass the night by sleeping but for romance its not. Believe me things in the room can spoil your evening.

I am sorry to give the tough review about this. I may change in future if see improved
