Overall an amazing experience. Check in was quick and smooth. I believe the name of the person who checked us in was Kai, he was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and decorated beautifully. Location is good, close to all of the places we wanted to go during our stay. I've stayed at many hotels and this was without a doubt one of the top ones. The courtyard is also very beautiful and peaceful to sit at day and night with the fountain and fireplaces.

From first impressions to checkout, this hotel is top notch and the old Hollywood dream. The esthetic is beautiful, eclectic and private but very close to the old Hollywood sidewalk of stars. Kim greeted us at the door which gave us the first impression of the hotel. She was incredibly warm, kind and her enthusiasm and love of the hotel was palpable. She took our luggage up for us, and made sure our room was perfect with music on for our arrival. While she did this she gave us sparkling water and wine which we enjoyed in the sweet little lobby area. In the morning our coffee pot didn’t work (possibly user error) and the front desk prepared us coffee on a tray to take back to our room. Having a later flight we chanced asking for a late check out and even though they were busy (Saturday!) they offered us an additional hour. I will be back and I will be telling my friends about this hidden gem.

I had booked a room thinking it was going to look just like the pictures but that wasn’t the case. Luckily the guy at the front desk, his name was key, helped me out with picking the room that I really fit the vibe I was going for. I loved all the rooms only thing is I wanted one with a really nice and classy wallpaper. I am just so thankful he was able to help me because he really made my stay better. I can’t wait to come back and stay again ! Rooms look incredible and they are clean ! Everybody at the front desk were amazing people ! I really enjoyed it thank you!

Amazing hotel! I would recommend to anyone! The service was impeccable, thanks to Kim for her help with the luggage and making us as comfortable as possible. Every detail is expertly taken care of too. The rooms are chic, the breakfast with green juice is tasty, the outdoor fireplaces relaxing. We arrived very early from a red eye from Tokyo, and other hotels make you feel like you committed a crime if you arrive before check-in. Not here! We were greeted like family friends. Thank you thank you thank you! The hotel was very accommodating with everything.

Stayed 2 nights in December 2024, absolutely beautiful property, very personalized care from a really friendly staff. The courtyard was our hangout spot with a bottle of wine sitting by the fire pit. The room was the AM Wong Suite with its own private courtyard but we preferred the main shared one. Giant bathrooms with very good water pressure and hot water. Also had a separate bathtub. Only 24 rooms so it is very quiet and private. Love the staff, highly recommend.
