“My first stop when I arrived in San Francisco, and while the price is reasonable, the line was absolutely crazy. The waiting time to get my food was quite long, and the place was so packed that there wasn’t anywhere to sit. It didn’t feel comfortable with the crowd.

They do offer a few drink options with free refills, which is a plus. However, the burger itself didn’t meet my expectations. The bun was a little dry, and the patty seemed under-seasoned. I had high hopes, but it didn’t fully deliver

Probably the best fast food burger i have eaten and the fries too! There’s only beef burger on the menu and we got a hamburger meal. Patty was juicy and bun was so soft and nice. Fries was really on another level as it’s so crispy and airy yet not oily at all. Price is very affordable too.

You get what you pay for. It's better than McDonald's with generous free extras on the burger if you ask, but that's about it for the burgers. On par with Burger King on a good day.

Fries were horrid just like what many others reviewed. I went with well done but what I got was potato snacks. It was fried to the brink of dehydration - crunchy with not a hint of moisture inside. Perhaps asking for unsalted might be the way to go to get the freshest fries, but I don't think I'll return. If you've had five guys or shake shack, those serve better fast food burgers than In-N-Out, with shake shack's fries being an equal disappointment in terms of fries.

It's a fast food place with quick service for relatively cheap food. Generous with the lettuce and tomato, so that's a huge plus. Worth a first try if you're in the area, just for the experience. For it's price I guess you get about what you paid for, but if I were craving a proper burger, I would take a detour to Super Duper burgers a 10-15 minutes stroll away.

One of the most popular fast food chain in USA. The quality comparing to the price is pretty good. It’s a classic American style cheese burger. Unfortunately, the fries were horrible. It seems like it was only a half cook fries. I recommend you to try Pink Lemonade. At the time I visited,I was waiting for food around 10-15 minutes which is pretty long for fast food but it was fair enough because there were plenty of people lining the que from the counter to the front door.

The staff were so nice and helpful. They keep the table and floor nice and clean

Just great burgers! Definitely lived up to the hype. Despite the fries being something of nothing, I highly recommend it especially the double double burger. Staff were generally friendly too.

Be warned it can be extremely crowded inside though.
