If you are looking for a unique “big city” dining experience, this place is for you.  The location in the new Water Street development is perfect and inviting.  Once you walk in you are transported to a time of impeccable decor and attention to fine details.  For some reason I think it has reminisces of the Great Gatsby, minus the long prose of course.

The customer service, from the hostess, the wait staff, and management is very attentive and cordial.

The food is excellent and there is an option for every type of eater, including vegan.  Our order has always come out fairly quickly and the flavors are sumptious.

If you get there early, getting a spot at the bar is easy, and during the colder months the outside seating option is good.  If you are looking for sit down dining, I highly recommend reservations.

Everything was chef kiss 💋! We got the scallop risotto and the rigatoni with steak. Both dishes were tasty!! Soo flavorful! The rigatoni JUST WOW.
Mussels were also very flavorful!!

The drinks were great, and the service was amazing. Our waitress was great help and answered all of our questions.

4.2 stars. Boulon is beautiful, modern restaurant with a fancy, expansive bar. Table was not ready at reservation time and waited ~20 minutes on Sunday night.  The bartender was attentive and accommodating. Very high end.  Once we moved to the table, the level of service declined. We ordered several courses, all timed appropriately. The food was picturesque, just not sure we ordered all of the best items. Nice place for a fancy night out and/or celebration.

Can not say enough great things about Boulon, its staff and the food! Thank you to Andrew and Jayden for making our experience exceptional! So good that we came back TWICE to experience it all! For lunch, the french dip and lobster bisque was to die for! Brunch was spectacular - french onion soup was one of the best we have ever had! The crab cake benedict was perfect - and those potato balls were delish! Burger was fantastic and even had gluten free buns! And don't skip dessert! It was over the top! Oh, and the espresso martinis - ON POINT! Absolutely highly recommend and will be back when we are in the area! Beautiful atmosphere, great large bar area - definitely make reservations if you can as it's a popular spot! Thank you for a great time!

Wonderful service, Martha was so amazing! Attentive, kind and provided great recommendations. Food and drinks were excellent!! Atmosphere and live music on a Sunday afternoon for brunch were 10/10. All around, fantastic experience. We will be back!
